Parts Sales Specialist (Dong Nai and Da Nang)

Objectives

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Advise effective solutions through the Company’s products and services.
• Drive sales, expand market share for parts – equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after sales.

Description

• Seek, approach, and develop new customers through: social media, networks, seminars, exhibitions, industry events.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to propose suitable solutions.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with existing customers.
• Advise and introduce VIPEC’s parts, components, lubricants, and services.
• Execute sales according to process, track orders, and coordinate goods delivery.
• Update customers on product information, sales policies, and promotional programs.
• Coordinate handling of post-sales issues: warranty, technical problems, outstanding debts.

• Gender: Male
• Age: 25-35
• College degree or higher in majors related to business, economics, commerce, finance, banking, or engineering.
• Priority for candidates with experience in selling parts, mechanical equipment, construction machinery, or trucks.
• Possess sales, negotiation, persuasion, and customer care skills.
• Ability to work independently, possess skills in managing and collecting outstanding debts, and withstand sales pressure.
• Knowledge of English or Chinese is an advantage.

Income and Benefits

• Basic salary: 8 – 10 million VND/month
• Commission: % of sales (unlimited)
• Actual income: Up to 100 million VND/month based on performance
