Job Description
- Identify and develop new customers: Build relationships with potential customers through media channels, workshops, and events.
- Consult and introduce products, services: Ensure products meet customer needs and help them solve problems.
- Ensure revenue targets: Implement sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
- After-sales customer care: Handle incidents, warranties, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Periodic work reporting: Report on business performance, customers, and market conditions to superiors.
Requirements
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and professional.
- Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation.
- Effective consulting, persuasion, and problem-solving.
- Planning, work management, use of sales support software and applications.
- Car driving skills are an advantage.
- Foreign Language: English or Chinese (preferred).
- Knowledge: Understanding of products and sales processes, knowledge of commercial contracts, bidding, and relevant legal regulations.
