I. Warranty Scope:

1. Warranty for all machine components: Transmission, axle, chassis, hydraulic system, and steering system are warranted for 24 months or 3000 hours, whichever comes first.
2. Generator and air conditioning components: Components such as compressor, condenser, evaporator, filter drier, hoses, and air conditioning control system are warranted for 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.
3. Other components: Pressure gauges, sensors, fans, ignition switch, buttons, solenoid valves, reverse alarm, wipers, LED lights, headlights, condenser/evaporator fans, various relays, and buckets (excluding cutting edges or bucket teeth) are warranted for 06 months or 500 hours, whichever comes first.
4. Not covered by warranty: Components such as filters, pins, belts, batteries, fuses, glass, seals, brake discs, brake shoes, oil, operator seat, cabin interior, bucket teeth, and cutting edges are not covered by warranty.
5. Engine: Warranted according to the engine manufacturer’s warranty policy.
6. Exclusions: During the warranty period, only technical defects caused by the manufacturer are covered. Wear parts such as tires (except for manufacturer defects), light bulbs, brake pads (except for manufacturer defects), operator errors, or accidents are not covered by warranty.

Equipment Not Covered When Outside Warranty Scope:

Important Notes:

1. Damage due to physical accidents: Bending, twisting, breaking, fracturing, burning, or denting due to tipping or impact are not covered by warranty.
2. Improper equipment storage: Equipment with water ingress into the machine or water-contaminated lubricant is not covered by warranty.
3. Improper equipment usage: Damage caused by operator’s lack of knowledge or failure to follow technical instructions is not covered by warranty.
4. Incorrect lubricant usage or untimely replacement: Insufficient lubricant, use of incorrect lubricant type, or failure to replace it within the specified period leading to damage is not covered by warranty.
5. Use of non-genuine spare parts: Replacement with parts of incorrect type or quality will void the warranty.
6. Intentional damage during operation: Continued use of equipment after a malfunction has occurred will not be covered by warranty.
7. Unauthorized disassembly or repair: Disassembly or alteration of the equipment’s structure is not permitted before the warranty provider is present.
8. Normal wear and tear: Equipment experiencing natural wear and tear over time will not be covered by warranty.
9. Loss or damage due to external factors: Loss or damage due to war, natural disasters, fire, riots, strikes, etc., is not covered by warranty.
