1. Warranty Start Date:

The warranty period begins when the vehicle is delivered to the first owner by a Branch/Dealer. The warranty policy continues to apply when the vehicle is transferred to another owner.

2. Covered Parts:

FAW Vietnam Import-Export Co., Ltd. commits to warranting all parts with defects due to product quality or assembly, except for items listed in the “Not Covered by Warranty” section. All defective parts during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge at FAW Branches/Dealers nationwide.

3. Warranty Period:

• Warranty period: 2 or 3 years depending on the model, with unlimited mileage.
• The warranty period starts from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first customer.

4. To Receive Warranty Service:

• Warranty service from FAW Vietnam Import-Export Co., Ltd. is provided at FAW’s authorized Branches, Dealers, or service stations without charge for parts or labor.
• This service does not apply to unauthorized stations or dealers.

Note: FAW Vietnam Import-Export Co., Ltd. reserves the sole right to make final decisions on all warranty claims.

5. Parts Not Covered by Warranty:

The warranty policy will no longer be valid if any of the following cases occur:

1. The vehicle has not undergone periodic maintenance as stipulated in the warranty booklet.
2. The driver does not possess a valid driver’s license.
3. The vehicle has not been maintained or serviced at an authorized FAW Dealer/Branch within the specified period.
4. The owner has independently disassembled or repaired parts requiring warranty service.
5. The vehicle has been overloaded, had its structure modified, or been fitted with non-standard tires.
6. Damage resulting from misuse such as reckless driving, racing, or excessive speed on rough terrain.
7. Repairs or maintenance not performed by an authorized FAW Dealer.
8. Natural wear and tear such as fading of paint, plating, upholstery, etc.
9. Cosmetic phenomena such as minor noises, slight vibrations, or oil stains that do not affect vehicle quality.
10. Natural wear of parts such as fuel filters, brake pads, various lights, fuses, wipers, drive belts, rubber components, lubricants, coolant, battery water.
11. Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, fire, theft, or other external factors.
