Outstanding Advantages of TTM YLB1500 Asphalt Mixing Plant

TTM’s YLB series mobile asphalt mixing plant was independently developed to meet market demands. The plant consists of several individual modules, each with a mobile frame for easy transport by prime mover. With its quick-connect design, this mixing plant can be installed without a foundation, making it an ideal solution for projects requiring tight deadlines.

1. Drying System

  • Integrated design of dryer drum, burner, and bag filter.
  • Drum body and lifting flights made of wear-resistant 16Mn alloy steel.
  • Insulated with a 50mm thick aluminum silicate layer, covered with stainless steel, reducing heat loss, increasing efficiency, and being environmentally friendly.

2. Dust Collection System

  • Modular design, placed on top of the dryer drum to save space and reduce heat loss.
  • Shortens installation time, improves thermal efficiency, and saves fuel.

3. Vibrating Screen System

  • Uses OLI dual vibrating motors imported from Italy, ensuring safe, durable, and maintenance-free operation.
  • Lightweight design reduces energy consumption and increases screening efficiency.

4. Mixing System

  • Twin-shaft forced mixing, driven by synchronous gear dual-reduction motors.
  • Mixer chamber is robot-welded to ensure high precision and minimal deformation.
  • Mixing paddles and liners made of high-strength alloy steel, offering superior lifespan.

5. Burner

  • Designed and manufactured by TTM, utilizing automatic digital control technology.
  • Compatible with various fuels such as heavy oil, diesel, or residual oil.
  • Adjusts air-to-oil ratio using an inverter imported from France, reducing fuel consumption.
  • Integrated with the plant control system, easy to operate, safe, and reliable.

6. Control System

  • Independently developed by TTM, using SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER components.
  • Controlled by dual computers and PLC, eliminating the need for mechanical buttons.
  • Fault alarm system, automatic analysis, supports real-time monitoring and remote control.
  • Multi-language interface: Chinese, English, Thai, and Russian.

7. Mobility and Installation

  • Fully integrates cold feeder, dryer drum, dust collection, and mixing tower systems in a modular design.
  • Equipped with a mobile frame that is easy to fold, allowing quick transport by prime mover.
  • Electrical and pipeline connections via quick connectors/plugs, facilitating convenient installation.
  • Retractable and adjustable steel structure without the need for a foundation, saving construction costs.
