Advantages of the Everdigm 33m Straight Aerial Ladder Truck
– This is the first European-standard design in Asia, equipped with a balancing system during rotation and an integrated rescue basket. The rescue ladder operates within a range of -17 to +76 degrees.
The straight aerial fire ladder truck has a maximum ladder height of ~33 m,
The base vehicle is a Hyundai/Tata Daewoo brand from South Korea, using a direct injection turbo-diesel engine with a maximum output of 300PS and a top speed of 100km/h;
The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulically operated ladder consisting of 04 sections, made of European standard S355J2H steel. The ladder has a maximum height from the ground to the basket floor of ~33m, a maximum outreach of 23m, an operating angle from -17° ~ +76°. The rescue basket can withstand 350kg, equivalent to 5 adults, and has water nozzles around the basket to reduce the heat of the fire.
The ladder basket can be folded when retracting the ladder.
The vehicle is equipped with a fixed monitor nozzle on the ladder basket,
On each ladder section, there are steps to allow multiple people to evacuate simultaneously along the ladder.
—> Operated by remote control, spray flow rate of 1,800 liters/minute, 45° rotation capability, 90° upward and 45° downward deflection. The fire monitor is fixed at the highest bar on the ladder, and when connected to a 50m water hose, it provides convenience and safety for firefighters working at height, preventing hose whipping or collision with modern components on the ladder axis. The monitor nozzle has multiple spray modes, including a water curtain mode to protect personnel in the basket from radiant heat. Controls are located in the ladder basket and operated by manual valves.
