NEW EQUIPMENT

I. Standard Warranty Policy

1. Hyundai or Daewoo Chassis System:

• Warranty Period: 12 months or 50,000 km, whichever comes first.
• Warranty Commencement: From the date of signing the handover record.

2. Concrete Pump Equipment distributed by VIPEC:

• Includes: Hydraulic pump system, boom system, outriggers, Doosan engine, electrical system, control cabinet, pump frame.
• Warranty Period: 12 months or 1,000 pumping hours, whichever comes first.
• Warranty Commencement: From the date of signing the delivery report form.

3. Other Equipment not supplied by VIPEC:

• Warranty Period and Scope: Will be specified in each contract based on the equipment’s technical characteristics.

II. Scope and Limitations of Standard Warranty

• Wear and tear parts (O-rings, seals, locks, clamps, agitator shafts, gaskets, S-valve shaft bushings, pump pipes, pistons, rubber hoses, nitrogen accumulators, wear plates, wear rings) are warranted for 3 months from the handover date.
• 90°x R275 Elbow on boom section 5 or 4 (depending on model) is warranted for 1 month or 50 pumping hours.
• Electronic components such as relays, fuses, switches, electrical connectors, work lights, and illumination lights are also warranted for 3 months.

Cases not covered by warranty:

• Damage due to falling, bending, twisting, breakage, burning, or denting.
• Improper storage leading to water or foreign matter entering the machine.
• Incorrect operation, non-compliance with instructions.
• Incorrect or insufficient use of lubricants, failure to change oil on time.
• Replacement with non-genuine or incorrect spare parts.
• Intentional use of equipment after a malfunction has occurred.
• Unauthorized disassembly or structural modification prior to warranty claim.
• Equipment damage due to natural disasters, fire, war, or civil unrest.

III. Extended Warranty Policy

1. Hyundai/Daewoo Chassis System and Equipment distributed by VIPEC:

• Extended by 12 months: Warranty cost is 1% of the total contract value.
• Extended by 24 months: Warranty cost is 2% of the total contract value.
• Note: The cost will be added to the selling price and stipulated in the contract.

2. Other Equipment not supplied by VIPEC:

• Extended warranty period and cost: Will be agreed upon in each specific contract.

IV. Scope and Limitations of Extended Warranty

Warranty does not apply in the second year for the following parts:

• O-rings, seals, gaskets, shaft bushings, pins, and bolts on the boom system, outriggers, hydraulic cylinders.
• Anti-drop valves, hydraulic cooling fans.
• Sensors, electrical and hydraulic system controls.
• Shafts, shaft bushings, bearings, ball bearings.
• Wear plates, shaft seals, O-rings of hydraulic pumps and motors.
• Guide chains, outrigger pads.
• Remote control unit, battery.

Cases not covered by warranty:

• High-pressure pumps, fuel injectors.
• Turbochargers, air compressors.
• Flywheel ring gear, clutch plates.
• Cardan shaft universal joints, intermediate bearings.
• Rear axle, power transmission gears, differential, half-shafts.
• Switches, electronic control units (ECU, ETAC), relays, sensors.
• Alternators, regulators, starters.
• Electric motors (wiper, window lifter), actuators.
• Air conditioning system: compressor, condenser, evaporator, piping.
• Shock absorbers, leaf springs, torsion bars.
• Oil seals in engine, gearbox, axle.
• Rubber hoses, rigid pipes (air, oil, water).
• Air distributors, brake chambers, connectors.
• Engine mounts, gearbox mounts.
• Power Take-Off (PTO) unit.
• Steering tie rods, wheel pivot shafts, leaf spring pivot shafts, leaf spring pins, rear axle tie rods.

USED EQUIPMENT

• Warranty Period: Will be determined after a detailed inspection by VIPEC’s technical team.
• Warranty Scope: Depending on the agreement with the customer, machine parts and warranty periods will vary.

GENERAL PARTS AND COMPONENTS

• Warranty applies when: Parts or components have manufacturing or shipping defects.
• Warranty does not apply to:
  • Damage due to falling, warping, breakage, or denting.
  • Natural wear and tear over time.
  • Improper use, maintenance, replacement, storage, or non-compliance with maintenance procedures.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair without the manufacturer’s consent.
  • Degradation of quality over time (plastics, rubber).
  • Use of non-genuine or unrecommended parts, lubricants.
  • Intentional use of the machine after a malfunction, causing further damage.
  • Damage due to natural disasters, fire, accidents, civil unrest, strikes.
  • Unauthorized repairs not following instructions, causing further damage.
