The TTM TS3020 mixing plant is designed and manufactured according to international standards, simultaneously meeting the requirements for high productivity, stable quality, and efficient RAP material recycling capability.
Key specifications:
Model: TTM TS3020
Plant type: Recycled Hot Mix Asphalt Plant (RAP)
Nominal mixing capacity: 240 tons/hour
Capacity including RAP: up to 320 tons/hour
RAP recycling capacity: 80 – 100 tons/hour
Recycling system: Fully integrated RAP from the outset
Output product: Hot mix asphalt meeting high technical requirements, stable gradation
Operating criteria: Fuel efficiency – reduced emissions – reduced noise
The integration of the RAP recycling system helps utilize old asphalt concrete materials, reducing the demand for new resource extraction, while significantly cutting emissions and production costs, aligning with the trend of green development and sustainable infrastructure.
The mixing plant is located at Tan Cang quarry – Phuoc Tan – Dong Nai, a strategic location that helps: Quickly recover and recycle RAP materials from renovated roads. Timely supply hot mix asphalt for key transportation projects in Ho Chi Minh City – Binh Duong – Dong Nai. Shorten transportation distances, reduce logistics costs and indirect emissions. This location contributes to enhancing the overall efficiency of the material supply chain for transportation infrastructure construction in the Southern key economic region.
The inauguration ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the presence of representatives from the investor, construction and installation partners, and numerous guests active in the transportation and construction sectors.

On behalf of VIPEC Equipment and Specialized Vehicles Joint Stock Company, the ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh – Chairman of the Company, along with engineers, technical staff, and individuals directly involved in the project. This team has accompanied the project throughout from equipment reception at the port, organizing installation, operational training, to the transfer of RAP recycling plant technology.
Representing TTM, the ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Gao Daile – Executive Director, demonstrating TTM leadership’s direct interest in this key project in Vietnam, and affirming the close cooperative relationship between TTM and its domestic partners.
The full presence of all parties not only carried ceremonial significance but also served as a testament to the spirit of professional, transparent cooperation, all working towards the goal of sustainable development.
In the TTM TS3020 recycling plant project, VIPEC is proud to be one of the key partners, undertaking important roles from technical aspects to actual operation.
Impressive achievements:
60 days for plant installation from equipment arrival at port
Record 30 days for complete installation and commissioning
600 tons of steel and materials fabricated and installed
22 engineers and technical workers directly involved
100% compliance with occupational safety regulations

With a disciplined, precise, and determined approach to deadlines, VIPEC completed the project ahead of schedule, ensuring technical quality, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.
At the ceremony, VIPEC’s representative was honored and commended by the client, recognizing outstanding contributions during the construction, installation, and timely commissioning of the plant. This is not only an acknowledgment for a specific project but also a clear testament to VIPEC’s capability, reputation, and position in the field of equipment, mixing plants, and transportation infrastructure technology solutions in Vietnam.
The commissioning of the TTM TS3020 recycling plant with a capacity of 240 tons/hour not only brings economic efficiency but also contributes to:
Reducing greenhouse gas emissions
Reducing noise during production
Reducing fuel consumption
Increasing the recycling rate of materials in road construction
This is an important step in the journey to build modern, green, and sustainable transportation infrastructure, while also affirming the ability of Vietnamese enterprises to master and deploy advanced technology.
