VIPEC Machinery And Special Purpose Vehicles JSC (VIPEC) respectfully announces:

As of February 2026, Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Thành has completed the transfer of his entire capital contribution and officially no longer holds the role of legal representative or any ownership interest in VIPEC.

Accordingly, VIPEC operates completely independently in terms of legal status, shareholder structure, and development strategy.

This event marks a significant transition in the restructuring process and repositioning of VIPEC as an independent, transparent, and specialized legal entity, focusing on developing the construction equipment ecosystem with a long-term and sustainable orientation.

VIPEC sincerely acknowledges and thanks Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Thành for his contributions during the Company’s formation and initial foundation building, and wishes him good health and success in his personal development journey.
